Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Normal LTL Freight or Car Hauler Shipping takes 14 - 28 Business days to reach you depending on where you live, this does not include processing time. Current processing time due to COVID-19 is a Minimum of 6 weeks. If you live in a rural area shipping may take a little longer. You will also receive a tracking number in your email when your vehicle is getting ready to ship. Please make sure that you answer your phone for the shipping company though because they will not deliver your vehicle without contacting you first to schedule delivery.
Q: Are vehicles shipped assembled?
A: Most vehicles are shipped 85-90% assembled in a crate and minor assembly is required. You can check out assembly videos and instructions HERE. Larger vehicles like , Joyner, are fully assembled . Trailmaster vehicles have an assembly option as well.
Q: I received a tracking number for my shipment but it is not working.
A: You receive the tracking number as soon as the shipment is scheduled for pick up. The tracking will show up as soon as the freight trailer doors close and your shipment is on the road and on its way to your door :)
Q: Are vehicles fully assembled if I pick up from the dealership?
A: Yes, all vehicles picked up from the dealership are professionally assembled, tested, and tuned.
Q: What needs to be assembled on the crated vehicles?
A: ATVs - Wheels, Handlebars, Footrests, Racks, Front Bumper, and Battery.
Go Karts - Wheels, Seats, Roll cage, Steering Wheel, Front Suspension, and Battery.
Dirt Bikes - Front Wheel, Handlebars, and front forks.
Scooters - Handlebars, Front Wheel, Trunk or Spoiler, and battery.
Q: What do I do if I have a vehicle damaged from shipping?
A: Not a problem! Fill out the warranty claim form on our website and we will send you out the replacement part free of charge. However, minor scrapes and scratches from crating and shipping is normal and you can use touch up paint to repair those if you have any.

Q: I did not receive my title with my vehicle. How do I get my title?
