horrible customer service
We had ordered a couple first time bikes on line before for the kids. This one was in great shape when it came also was really easy to put together.
Would order from this company again.
Shipping took a while but I knew this would be the case when I ordered it as it was plastered all over the website. 6+ weeks. The package looked like it was hit by a truck but nothing seemed to be damaged. We opted to set it up ourselves and it was a piece of cake. It actually had some destructions but they really weren't needed. Came with several owners manuals for maint. and fluid specs and so on so that is nice. We have only driven it a couple of times now but I weigh 235lbs and the limit is 110 but it moves me no problem. A lot more power than I expected. My only concern is the throttle limiter doesn't seem to do anything, I screwed it all the way in and it still scoots. I had to back it out half a turn as it wouldn't idle turned all the way down. I am impressed it actually has suspension on it, it's not like driving a brick and tossing the kids off of it. If this thing lasts me a couple of seasons it was well worth $700ish. I should have purchased 2 of these things.
